If requested, 24 – 48-hour delivery may be available for orders processed before 2pm. We will process orders as they come through and will arrange pick-up by courier straight away.
In order to proceed with a return, you must complete the return form (below) accurately, provide all required details and email to parts@allsparesonline.com. Missing or incorrect information may delay the return process.
By submitting the return form, you authorise us to communicate with you via email regarding your return status and any necessary steps. Please ensure that the email address provided is correct and actively monitored.
Submission of the return form does not guarantee approval. Only approved returns will be processed according to our policy.
Goods must be returned by courier at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for our refunds policy, all Items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, with all original labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.
Goods must be returned with your original invoice and be in the condition that they were purchased.
Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
You may cancel your order up to 7 days after placing the order and only if it has not already been dispatched and items have not been made or ordered in specially to order requirements. Including items sold by and cut to length.
In case we are out of stock on an item, we may at our discretion refund or replace the product you ordered with an equivalent product that will perform to the same specification or a better specification than the one ordered online. In the case of out-of-stock items where there is no replacement, All Spares Online Limited reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of an item, the balance of which will be placed on back order and supplied as soon as the goods are available.
All Spares Online shall not be liable for any additional loss, injury, or damage relating to parts or machinery supplied by ourselves, warranties extended as far as those given to us by our suppliers and limited to the maximum value of the item or part supplied only. All parts are only to be fitted by competent persons.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product, make design changes to product specifications, or use different suppliers or manufacturers to those stated on the website, without prior notice, as part of Our continuous process of product and service improvement, or to improve product availability. The information contained in this website is correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of going to press. All images are used for illustration purposes only.
